My favorite part of our residency program is, without a doubt, the people. From our leadership and core faculty to our residents, program coordinator, and clinic support staff—the culture here is truly unmatched. From the moment I started residency, I’ve felt incredibly supported. Dr. Gebhardt and our faculty genuinely ensure that residents have a voice and that our input is both heard and valued.
Our resident community is close-knit, and we frequently find time to connect outside of work, which speaks volumes about the kind of individuals we attract to this program. I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day, and that’s largely because of the people I get to work with.
UC West Chester was my top choice when I applied, and more than two years later, I can confidently say I would choose it all over again.
